Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction in an efficient and cost-effective manner, by performing the duties necessary for safe and efficient production and filling. The role works in a large warehouse/manufacturing setting performing a variety of duties related to a production schedule. Potential duties to be performed include the following:
- Filling and emptying drums of chemicals and powders to prepare finished products for shipping.
- Manufacturing processes – blending and packaging different mixes of liquids.
- Hooking/unhooking hoses to and from trucks and tanks to fill outgoing tankers.

- Verify formula and component specifications on batch tickets.

The goal of this role is to assist the team of 20 in all aspects of the production and manufacture of customized ergonomic industrial equipment. This role is located in Waupun, WI, pays in the $17-$20 range based on experience and includes health, dental, vision, 401K with 4% match, holiday and PTO pay and an excellent training/mentoring program to deliver a long-term career in the trades. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am – 3pm with high flexibility and the ability to earn more pay with optional OT.
The key to this role is a strong work ethic and the ability to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process. The incumbent will:
- Create pallets for lift tables to allow ease of shipping
- Work with nail and screw guns to build required casing and housing of products.
- Adhere decals to lift tables and other ergonomic products promoting instruction and safety.
- Apply band down and stretch wrap products to pallets
- Become fork truck certified and load/unload trucks
- Utilize automatic saws to cut parts.
- Assemble or paint parts as needed.
- Assemble scissor lift tables from sta.rt to finish.
- Complete welding on metal parts (safe training to be provided)
- Perform basic wiring (safe training to be provided)
- Create hydraulic tubes (safe training to be provided) making.
- Test products - power up and run a complete testing both while empty and under full load.

- Past Shop Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Desire of a career in the trades – welding, fabrication, carpentry, electrical work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis

This role requires schooling and/or background in Solidworks, with primary focus in manipulating, changing and adding to vehicle designs. This role is located in Muskego, WI comes with a full benefit plan and pays the $30-$35hr range based on experience. The main duties of this role are to effectively design, organize, and implement effective theories, models and solutions related to the creation of custom projects. Maintaining the scope of work, attention to detail, budget, and timeline will be paramount to a successful project outcome. The incumbent of this role will:
- Design and implement solutions to project design challenges.
- Research appropriate materials, parts, or methods to fulfil project requirements.
- Properly use materials and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of said materials.
- Create custom SolidWorks drawings of parts, displays, vehicles, and entire event sites as needed.
- Design/manipulate drawings for: step vans, box trucks, trailers, RV’s, and motor coaches.
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
- Resolve assembly and production issues.
- Attend Project launch meetings to review and discuss design challenges related to the project.
- Work with Estimating to verify that the project is built to what was quoted.
- Verify that the design solution employs safe and standard practices.
- Ensure that employees on said projects have the proper information to work efficiently.
- Work with Sales to create and adjust design parameters as needed, being respectful of client needs and or concerns when applicable.
- Monitor the status of projects to keep on pace with the timelines for completion.
- Maintain accurate, high-level documentation of projects.
- Implement approved designs for Production Manager use.
- Use Solidworks to update, change and manipulate blueprints, drawings and models for a variety of vehicles and custom automotive components.
- Manipulate drawings to customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years working with Solidworks
- 4+ years in a production environment (custom fabrication preferred)
- Past experience in Vehicular drawing
- Past experience with creative/custom projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams.
- AS or BA in any technical field preferred but not required.
